Juvederm® is the next generation of facial
fillers from Allerqan, the makers of Botox. Using the latest technology
in hyalurouic acid cosmetic filler technology, Juvederm® provides smooth, natural, long-lasting (up to six months
or longer) correction of facial wrinkles and folds.
Many other dermal fillers use a gel particle suspension formulation. These gel particles can sometimes be visibly
seen. However Juvederm® is produced with the latest Hylacross technology, resulting in a gel with many more
cross-links. The smooth consistency of the Juvederm® dermal filler produced natural, even filling effects. Since the
body absorbs cross-linked hyalurouic acid more slowly, the results last longer. Additionally, patient discomfort is
also minimized at the injection site.
Sculptra® is an injectable produce that restored and corrects the signs of skin aging. Sculptra® provides an
increase in skin thickness, helping to create a more natural facial appearance in those with loss of skin volume.
Sculptra® is composed of a synthetic material. It is not made from human or animal sources and does not required
a skin test. Sculptra® is a biocompatible (does not harm the body), biodegradable (able to be broken down by the
body), material that has been used for many years in surgical procedures. The effects are long-lasting. They were shown
in a clinical study to last for up to two years after the first treatment. |
